In previous versions the number of Master Headers and Footers that could be stored was fixed. Now, Master Headers and Footers are treated as documents, that is, they optionally show up in the document index (an option under Editor Preferences), and can be imported and exported as text files. If a Master Header or Footer has been saved previously, its location is saved as a document path.
As with documents, each Master Header or Footer can be renamed by clicking on its title bar, its path can be set or cleared by clicking on the pathname field, located in the lower left of the Master Header or Footer window.
